Garden Cakes

I love making 'garden' cakes and treats in the spring, there are so many fruit and vegetable candies available (it is kind of hard to resist buying them).....

We decided to make an ice cream brownie garden cake.....I purchased an ice cream cake from the store and we topped it with crumbled up brownies for our 'dir't......we then used 'fruit' shaped gum balls and labeled our fruit with miniature garden signs that we created....so fun....especially the 'eating' part...ice cream and brownies---yummy!
I made this garden cake a couple of years ago........I used candy fruit and veggies and crumbled cookies as the dirt.
