I love spring bonnets...actually, I just love hats!! We made these treats using scalloped cookies topped with a marshmallow...and then added candy flowers and pearls for decoration.....There are so many possibilities for decorating these bonnet cookies....I am already thinking of new ways to do them next year!
Last year we made this spring Bonnet by placing fondant over a round cake...................
