I can not believe that it is June 1---let the fun in the sun begin!!!A couple of years ago my son decided that he wanted to put together a lemonade stand--he had so much fun planning and implementing his plan. There are so many things he learned in this process---he decided to give all of the proceeds to a charity and he raised almost $ 40.00! He learned a lot of math/money skills, planning and preparation, sales strategies and most importantly the gift of giving!! I hope to do another one this summer!
This is a great idea to teach good skills! I saw some lemonade stands while going to yard sales this weekend. It is so cute to see!
