This is a fun April Fools prank for the kids...I tell them we are having Sushi and then serve this........:Cake cut up in small circles, frost and then wrap a fruit roll up around the cake to look like ' sea weed'. Place coconut on the top of the cakes to look like rice and then top with various 'fish' candy...so fun!!

April Fools
